In tale periodo, sotto la guida del riformista Alexander Dubceck, a Praga erano state introdotte una serie di riforme nel nome di un “socialismo dal volto umano”. Mosca aveva risposto con allarme, avvertimenti e infine un ultimatum, volto a mettere fine alla cosiddetta “Primavera di Praga”.

Description: The photo shows the moment when the mainly Soviet tanks cross the frontier of Czechoslovakia.
